Positive: No breakfast included

Negative: Only issues were a washing machine that went crazy and wouldn’t stop washing after 1.5hrs. You had zero control and couldn’t open the door to get the clothes out. I rang one of the owners and she was unhelpful and in the end did nothing and didn’t seem to care. By luck, I was able to figure out a hidden hard-reset off the front panel. Otherwise our clothes would have remained stuck in it. Only other issue was the main downstairs shower didn’t drain so we were forced to use the small upstairs one
