A private chef is available at the villa at no additional charge. Guests are responsible for the cost of food, which typically ranges from 450 Thb per person for additional Thai dishes. This price includes a variety of three dishes, sufficient for all guests to enjoy together. Children under 12 years old receive a half-price discount.
To avail of this service, a minimum of 10 people is required, and bookings must be made at least one day in advance. Alternatively, guests can provide their budget two to three days in advance, allowing the chef to tailor the menu accordingly.

- Free cleaning around the villa every day from 8:00 am at common, Room cleaning 2 times a week, changing bed linen 2 times a week.
- Over 16 people use the villa will be cost 1,000 Thb per person per time of using the villa and much be agreed with the manager onsite in advance.
- Party at the villa is possible as long as you don't invite more then 16 people to use villa as the same time and much be confirm from the owner first.
- Quiet House from 23:00 - 8:30 am Local Law

- For the music you can use the speaker at the villa only, we not allow the guests to bring any speakers or sound system to use at the villa and much turn the music it down after 23:00
- Swimming Pool rules must be complied with at all times. Customers using the pool are responsible for there own safety
- Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
-No glassware and glass bottles around or inside swimming pool, No food in the swimming pool.
- Smoking area around swimming pool and in the garden only.
- No candles, firework and lanterns in and around the property.
- We request copy passport and the arrival card for the check in and we can copy it for you at the villa.
