Our luxurious 137m2 apartment on the 1st floor, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay,
We have designed the layout to make you feel at home, and have chosen a qualitative equipment (Starck Kartell Slide Nespresso .....)
The apartment has reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels), satellite TV (French channels) that you can watch from the living room or the terrace thanks to its reversible wall installation, a DVD player, movies, games, poker, cards, a bluetooth speaker .....
You will have 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with its bathroom and toilet, a large fitted closet, and a terrace
The second bedroom is made up of two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and a terrace.
And finally the third bedroom consists of a sofa bed convertible into a very comfortable 160 bed, and a desk
A second bathroom and toilet completes the sleeping area
All these rooms face north, which in the Algarve is very pleasant and has reversible air conditioning.
A large closet in the corridor will allow you to store your things without problem, you will find everything you need, shopping cart for shopping ....
The kitchen is very luxurious, and very equipped with both crockery and household appliances, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, juicer, robot, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine
A door from the kitchen leads directly to a splendid terrace which will allow you to have breakfast and your other meals of course
The living room is composed of a sitting area and a dining area, the air conditioning is also present
It also overlooks the terrace on which you will spend most of the time
The latter with an area of 23M2 without any opposite and overlooking the gardens which surround the swimming pool is exposed to the south but is covered which will allow you to take all your meals very comfortably

Two swimming pools are reserved for residents, one 20 meters for adults and one child. You can lounge on the deckchairs provided, sheltered by the parasols also provided. You will be given the code to access these pools.
It is very easy to park in the residence but a garage will be available to you, you will have to ask for the beep when taking possession of the apartment
A welcome pack will be waiting for you in the apartment, saving you from looking for a grocery store upon your arrival
You will also find in each bathroom welcome products, which will accompany the bathroom linen obviously provided.
In order to avoid having to carry the heavy and bulky beach towel in your suitcase, we will provide you with one foutas per person for the beach, to be handed over with the linen at the end of the week.
And of course the basic products will be present in the kitchen as well as cleaning products
