The apartment is strictly no smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Good for 2 adults sharing one bed and a child 100 sm of height max sleeping in bed with adults.
You can enjoy the whole apartment and all communal areas (lobby, big parking, swimming pool). On the ground floor of the building you'll find laundromats and laundry room (extra).
Please note, that complimentary Wifi access is limited to 2 devices for one room. If you need more passwords - you can buy them at the front desk.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, not crowded place,
2 min. drive (10-15 min walk, 1100 meters) to one of the best beaches in Phuket - Nai Yang and the Sirinat National Park.

The apartment is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. Family mart, 4 outlets of 7/11 stores, mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There are nice two local markets in walking distance where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits every day. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc. ) nearby.
There is a bus stop in 3 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can get scheduled bus to the town. You also can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which is 25minutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter in the area around, there plenty of car rent shops also.

- lost key charge will be imposed 500 baht;
- do not take any decor, books and magazines out of the room;
- you break it - you buy it.
Amenity limitations - All essentials topped only one time on your arrival. Cleaning/linens change for extra charge.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
