The apartment is on the ground floor and features a parking spot in front of the apartment and extra porch access from the balcony (easy access to swimming pool). The apartment has living room (with a reclining sofa bed - good for 1 extra guest, extra charge), dining and kitchen area and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. All amenities for light cooking, kitchen and dining ware, big fridge and microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen sink, rice cooker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, pots etc. are provided. Good for 2-3 adults.
The dining area has the built-in western style granite top kitchen set with a stainless sink, Hafele 2 ring electric stove, all utensils and crockery.
The apartment has one is en-suite bathroom with quality stainless steel and glass bathroom accessories and fixtures, water heater 4000 w for hot shower, built-in sink with granite vanity top.
The apartment is fully-furnished (chairs, bed, dressing table, dining table etc.) and includes all the appliances (2 Tvs with Usb support and smart TV, washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc.) as well as clean, fresh towels & linen, shampoo, shower gel.
The apartment has plenty of storage space. The built-in closet in bedroom adds convenience to organizing your belongings. There are plenty of small drawers hidden everywhere around the apartment also. A covered balcony with a lounge area with seating set and coffee-table and small garden is good to enjoy your outdoors in the shade and sip an ice-cold margarita made with a powerful blender.
