Our condo is located in Villa Magna, a gated development in Nuevo Vallarta located on the beachfront of beautiful Banderas Bay, one of the world's largest and deepest bay. Nuevo Vallarta beach is the longest and widest in the bay - great for walks, watersports (swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking) and access to jet skiing and para-sailing from the beach. Our ninth floor unit (of 10) has gorgeous views of the bay, Punta de Mita and the Sierra Madre mountains. Enjoy first class pools (incl. infinity) surrounded with lounge chairs. Condo guests can purchase an all inclusive pass and enjoy the amenities offered by Dreams Hotel which include 5 restaurants, spa, gym and kids recreation area access.
Our unit is a roomy four bedroom and four and half bath unit (2300+ sqft) - all bedrooms have a full private bathroom and air-conditioning units with per-room-control. There are views of either the ocean or mountains from all of the bedrooms. The unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, side by size refrigerator, propane BBQ, and whole house water filtration system.
Living/Dining Areas:
Large living and dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. Expansive views from living and dining area, with near wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, bringing the outdoors in. Large 55" LCD TV (stereo DVD/CD) with cable and wired/wireless high-speed Internet access. Dining table with seating for 10.
Kitchen:
Prepare your meals and drinks in our large fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops and bar seating. There is a "whole-unit" water filtration system. Grocery delivery can be arranged or you can purchase groceries at Mega supermarket, Sam's club, and Walmart's (12 min ride by taxi/rental car) or at nearby smaller market in Paradise Village. There is also a Costco market in Puerto Vallarta. Fresh seafood can be purchased at the marina in La Cruz, a short distance north of Bucerias.
Balcony:
Large balcony spans living area, dining area and master suite. 4 comfortable chairs and table + 2 lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor living. Large Weber propane barbeque.
Master Suite:
The master suite has a king size bed with ocean views from the sliding door that opens onto the balcony. Relax in the in-room jacuzzi tub. Large walk-in closet. Equipped with LCD TV (DVD/CD).
Guest Master Bedroom:

There are many local restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and La Cruz. There are also activity centers, golf courses (three local) and Paradise shopping center nearby. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 30 minutes South from the condo. You can get there by car, bus or the water taxi.
Our property manager can assist with your stay and arrange for special services such as: additional cleaning services, food preparation services, grocery delivery, in-room massage, transportation, activities, and more.
There is a $25 per week electric allowance. This is typically adequate as long as doors and windows are closed while AC is on. The unit has ceiling fans in each room and sensors on the doors and windows. The property manager will read the meter at check-in and check-out. For guest staying more than 1 week, you are required to pay for additional cleaning once per week.
