Built in 2018, this modern luxury villa has mighty views over the Arade River, Portimao's natural harbor. Present are a spacious living room, open kitchen, four bedrooms and an elevator connecting the two floors and the large garage. The living room overlooks the attractive terrace with pool, sun beds and a covered outdoor dining table for 10 people.
The four bedrooms all have air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The spacious bedrooms can be expanded with an extra bed if necessary.
A steel staircase leads to the lower situated second terrace with cosy lounge area. The many golfing owners have built a putting green and a playground here.
