Very sunny, it is situated in one of the quietest sunniest streets of the village, allowing a relaxing stay far from the bustle of big towns, enjoying all the comfort of an urban flat. The climate is mild and very healthy due the proximity to the Montejunto mountain and the Ocean (only 35 km).
