Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had the private room and for the price it was ok. The room was clean and the common areas were cleaned regularly.

Negative: The location is very local and there is nothing in walking distance. Ofc you can take tuk tuk to the centre if you like to breathe exhausts for 30 minutes each way. They don’t allow you to have your own food and drinks even in the common area which is strange. The restaurant is overpriced and doesn’t offer value for the price, they just take advantage of the location because there’s nothing around. For example small juice 4$. As white women we did not feel comfortable to wear swimming suit and go to pool because we would have guys approaching us or staring at us. Solo women travelers: AVOID! Maybe avoid Phnom Penh at all because there’s nothing nice or interesting in this city.

Summary: Cheap, clean, but wouldn’t come again
