The kitchen, living room and dining area are located at the first floor. The kitchen is fully equiped with washing/driying machine, stoves, oven, cofee maker and all household goods. The dinning room offers seat for 4. At the living room there is a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a music player. The living room has individual heating and air conditioning system.
The double bedroom is located at the second floor. It counts with a Queen-sized bed, built-on cupboard, a comfortable study zone and a convenient chill-area. It has its own air conditioning system. The bathroom is also located at the second floor. It is fully equiped and counts with a bathtube and hair-dryer. Free wi-fi is available at the apartment.
AREA AND SURROUNDINGS
Las Letras Neighborhood is one of Madrid’s most traditional neighborhoods. Some of the great writers of The Golden Age were born and raised here such as Cervantes, Quevedo and Lope de Vega. It is located between Santa Ana Square and Paseo del Prado. It offers a great variety of cultural activities and enterntainment.
All sorts of cafés and restaurants can be found abong the streets and squares of this neighborhood. Santa Ana Square and Huertas Street stand out in tradition and ambiance. Its the perfect spot for a walk thanks to its pedestrian designated streets.
Less tan 1km away you will find Prado Museum, CaixaForum and multiple galleries that host ancient and modern artworks from world-class artists.
