Positive: The location was great, the AC cold (we kept having to turn it off!) and the staff 12/10. The price was excellent, and having a mini fridge in the room really helps. We enjoyed the lobby coffee and cold water refill station. We only noticed the microwave tucked back in the dark corner on our last night, or else we would've used that to reheat our food from chedraui. We didn't use the spa at all, but have heard it's great.

Negative: The loungers at the pool are broken and we got white paint all over our suits from them. No furniture on the room balconies to sit outside and enjoy. Some broken fixtures in the room, peeling paint on the exterior walls which was our view - nothing that affected our stay much, just needs a little TLC (toiletries holder in the shower for example). Only one big and small towel were originally in our room, but we snagged two pool towels from front desk to shower with. There isn't a proper luggage storage area, as listed, just a corner inside the office so bring all of your valuables with you (although we never felt unsafe there). We never had to pay a deposit of $150 usd like it's mentioned in the listing, just an environmental fee of $35 pesos per person per night. There is some construction nearby - they're redoing av. 10 so just be aware that the sidewalk material isn't waterproof and you'll get white chalky material all over your shoes and pants. It's def not the fault of the property, just a heads up to cross the road and walk in front of the 7/11 - fiesta inn as opposed to the oxxo sides. Cheers!
