Summary: We had mixed feelings about our stay. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, we experienced issues with cleanliness. From the moment we checked into the room, it was very dirty. We had housekeeping every day, but it didn’t seem like they did much other than make the bed and give us new towels. The floor was full of sand every day. Sometimes housekeeping would come as late as 5 PM, which interfered with our plans for showering and getting ready. Photos were also taken of the hotel during our stay, which I understand may be necessary, but the pool was closed at certain times, leaving us stuck in our room. We were also given unclear and inconsistent information about the pool hours. On one occasion, we were told it would open at 10 AM, so we went to swim at that time, but then another staff member told us we were not allowed to use it. Overall, it was an okay hotel, but there were many small issues that became a bit overwhelming.
