Summary: An older apartment, but with nice amenities and close to everything. The underground parking is a plus! There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable at night, but the managers promptly brought us 2 fans, which helped. They were prompt to reply with everything. The only suggestion would be to adjust the checkout time to noon, for example. 10:00 AM is very tight to get everything packed and cleared out. Most hotels also wait until the guests are out of the room/apartment, whereas you were at the apartment at 10AM sharp waiting for us to leave. While you offered help to checkout, it also added to the pressure of getting out on time, which with 3 kids can sometimes be challenging. All in all, an excellent place to stay with great value for the money! Thanks for a great stay in Porto!
