Summary: Overall the room was spartan, on par with a 2 star hotel. The staff spoke very little English. My room was on the 2nd floor. There are signs stating no smoking, but my room in the evenings was inundated with cigarette smoke. Upon checkout I advised the lobby staff, they just smiled and handed me my receipt. I don't think they understood. That's my first and last stay at a B2.
