Please note that ban sainai resort does not serve or sell any alcoholic beverages or any pork products, please to informed that the "grand lake view cottage" room type cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 due to safety reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in, a free shuttle service to aonang downtown will be available only until 21:45 hrs, please note that lunch, dinner, and room service are not available for the moment, ***important notice***, 2025 will be the new era to us. renovation and new room design construction plan will occur during june – november 2025, this will cover area of grand pond view cottage. , the noise disturbance may occur during day time of 09:00 am. – 05:00 pm daily. therefore all facilities are still operate (e.g. pool, restaurant, fitness, spa), we are deeply sorry for such inconveniences and very much thankful for your kind understanding on this matter for further improvement and better joy in the near future.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, spa/wellness center is closed from 2027-10-31 until 2025-05-02, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: The hotel is located slightly away from noise, which makes it very calm and relaxing. There is a lot of greenery, a large swimming pool, and a beautiful view over the cliffs. The Forest Room bathroom is very beautiful, spacious, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There is a free shuttle almost every hour from the hotel to ao nang beach and back as walking distance can be difficult because of the heat.

Negative: This is a Muslim-friendly hotel, which is absolutely fine. However, considering that maybe around 90% of the guests are not Muslim and do not necessarily follow Muslim rules, it would be fair and honest to clearly mention this information on Booking in advance because for us would be a no as we expected to drink a cocktail or enjoy happy hour on the pool as we did in other hotels. Non Muslim Guests expecting bacon at breakfast or cocktails by the pool may be disappointed as we were. Additionally, the pool area has no animation or atmosphere at all, which makes it feel a bit empty. The food on the breakfast should have more quality and the staff should be more professional, the hotel is beautiful but honestly the service is a 5/10. Not worth the price. some details could be improved. The room should have more towels and a proper bathrobe would be expected instead of a very thin, tissue-like one. The slippers provided in the room should also be disposable, which was not the case and made me quite uncomfortable so you are putting your feet in a slipper that was used by somebody else. Paying 500€ for nights (the cheapest room by the way) feels slightly overpriced for what is offered. Unfortunately, we will not come back.
