Tucked out of the way, this modern villa provides convenient, gentle areas carefully laid out in one open undisturbed space. Allowing the exterior surrounding areas to mingle and seamlessly run into the interior spaces and back into the exterior again. Spaces defined by the functional use of the area, the pool, the magnificent Banyan Tree and the large covered lounge deck.
The functional design of the villa allows a great use for this holiday villa. Allowing an abundance of natural light; the French windows fully open the builing into the quiet surroundings. Provided with the highest comfort, plenty of lounge areas and cool air-conditoned rooms offering a respite for everyone.
Bedrooms:
The house boasts four bedroom on the first floor. A master bedroom with it’s ensuite bathroom located at the end of the upstairs corridor. It has windows on both sides allowing plenty of natural light to penetrate the beautiful quarter.
The rooms in the middle, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, share a Jack&Jill bathroom. That’s easily accessible and has a sink dedicated for each of the bedrooms it connects with.
The remaining room is a double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. Every room allows royal views over the garden, looking out at the greenery that surrounds the neighboring Angkor golf course.
From the bright corridor, overlooking the majestic Banyan Tree and its surrounding green, we also have access to the rooftop terrace from where the beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed.
DINING ROOM & LOUNGE:
The dining room occupies the central area of the open layout. Provided with a bright wooden dining table looking out over the pool and into the garden. It connects the living room, the kitchen and the lounge area in the spacious covered terrace, lunging out of the building.
The large kitchen island provides additional space to enjoy an aperitif or dining. It has a coffee bar and fridge and is easily accessible from each of the guest rooms.
LIVING ROOM:
The advantage of the open layout is that is makes a seamless connection between spaces. This has the living room running over from dining room and connecting directly to the terrace and poolside.
There’s a large Smart TV to watch from the cosy salon and ample space to enjoy good company or a book from the library. There as well board games and kids toys.
GARDEN:
The stylish house is surrounded by an equally stylish, young garden provided with plenty of diverse tropical green. Allowing many shades of green and supplied with soft gentle fine grass in the open spaces in between trees, the building and the entrance.
The house aptly named after the beautiful solid Banyan Tree that sits royally visible as a gem on a crown. It’s many grass fields allow for kids to roam around and enjoy a game with a ball.
The large saltwater pool is a focal point in the design. It is attended to every other weekday for cleaning and to measure the quality of the water.
Banyan House has 24hr CCTV and a private parking with electronic gate.
