Summary: This home is different from a typical VRBO as it is actually part of a hotel. They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. There were no towels in the bathroom Instead, a stack of bath only towels in the living room. There were no bath mats, washcloths or hand towels. The home was advertised to have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and all the bathrooms. There was no shampoo in all of the bathrooms, a little bit of conditioner, and one and a lotion and another. There were areas that were not as clean as other others. We had to go back to the hotel and ask for more towels and shampoo, etc. The showers barely work and are either extremely hot or very cold. Whenever we asked for something at the hotel, they were very friendly and seem eager to help, but didn’t always follow through. There was no outdoor receptacle for trash and there were no plastic garbage bags either. Upon request they came and gathered some of the garbage but only from the kitchen. We had to ask for repeatedly in the hotel for garbage bags.While I gave the home of 3-star review, I don’t know that it even deserves that. I know prices are elevated during holiday weeks, but for the amount of money we paid for the week the home was definitely far beneath the money we spent.
