This super spacious 3,245 sq ft | 301.52 sq m penthouse at the Magia condo complex is a vacationer’s heaven! The penthouse is equipped with all the comforts of home or better, while the property has luxury resort-style amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in sunny paradise.
The bi-level 3rd-floor penthouse features the following:
- The SITTING/LIVING AREA on the primary level has a comfy sofa arranged next to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The “clic-clac” style sofa can be pulled out to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 2 guests if needed.
- Direct access through the sliding doors to the PRIVATE TERRACE w/ outdoor furniture where you can relax with a book or just enjoy a beverage while you people watch! Open the doors all the way for an extension of living space and enjoy the activity at the pool from inside the shaded condo!
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN has high-end quality appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or for those who follow a special diet.
- Situated between the living area and the kitchen is a stylish DINING TABLE set to accommodate 6 guests comfortably so that you can enjoy any meal of the day.

There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

Please note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
There may be potential for normal city noise as the property is located downtown.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
