Doors from the lounge and the dining area open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool which has sea views to die for! The veranda has a table and chairs which offers the option to wine and dine while enjoying the sea views. The recently redecorated and refurbished living area has contemporary white furnishings with strong turquoise accents, and the dining table has seating up to 6 persons. A door from the dining area leads to the sleek, streamlined new kitchen, which is very well equipped with appliances, pots & pans, crockery and cooking aids. Glass doors from the kitchen open onto a paved back patio with a patio dining set and BBQ. From the kitchen patio there are steps down to the pool area.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and an up-graded en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and is located beside the main bathroom which has shower and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto the sunny pool area.
