A beautifully restored private traditional house with gardens and private heated pool. The property is comprised of a main house with 2 large bedrooms, a kitchen, living area, entrance hall and 2 bathrooms, and also a separate garden room that has a 3rd large bedroom and en-suite shower room.
The master bedroom in the main house is very spacious with a super king size bed, an en-suite shower room and a large private sun terrace that is accessed through patio doors. Downstairs, the kitchen and twin bedroom have sliding doors leading out to the patio area between the house and the garden. The large lounge in the main house is light and airy and has exposed beams, a wooden ceiling, a pellet stove (for the colder spring / autumn nights), a feature staircase to the master bedroom, two sofas, wifi and a 55" internet connected TV. The kitchen has a dining room table and chairs as well as all cooking and washing facilities required. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a shower and a bath. There is a traditional fireplace in the entrance hallway.
In the private, fenced garden, which is great for children (or dogs) to run around, there is a heated private pool (June through September) , a swing for the young at heart and a petanque court. Next to the pool, on the patio, is an outside table and chairs for enjoying the weather. There is also a pine forest adjacent to the property for walks before dinner. Linked to the garden room there is a large, open covered area with a built in barbecue and a table tennis table, plus two mountain bikes for the fit and adventurous guests!
