Positive: Nice location for an view of the ocean and very close from the natural pools. Unbeatable location to enjoy the sunset for the bench or everywhere around the appartment. The kitchen is well-equiped and was clean when we arrived. Our bed and linen were clean too. Think about buying your food and beverage in advance (we got good advices on where to go beforehand). Lots of parking space on the parking lot just next to the house, which is very easy to find and access.

Negative: The interiors and the rooms look dated. There is no private space on the outside, except a small bench at the wall. The price is also too high when compared to other places we had in the Açores. Privacy is not that good in the main room since the curtains are not large and thick enough. It is an old stone house and we found some bugs here and (2 large dying cockroaches...maybe there has been a tretment performed just before we arrived?) but all in all, we had a great stay there!

Summary: Nice sunset view from this appartement in an old stone house.
