Positive: Everything was perfect: clean, well-equipped kitchen, fantastic view from the balcony. Good communication with the host. A 5-minute drive to the grocery store, and a few bars within a 10-minute walk. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place (although you can sometimes hear the traffic outside).

Negative: In my opinion, there are two things that could be improved: A) The lighting inside the house... dark, yellow light, impossible to see anything. Only the toilet and kitchen have bright lights. B) At least a small can of tea and coffee on arrival/first day would be nice.
