Summary: Our room was wonderful. Very spacious, well designed, and clean. The staff was not so welcoming. I had clearly made reservation for two people, but my partner arrived 4 days after me. On multiple occasions I was told by the staff that I had to pay extra when my partner arrived. I refused but this made my stay very uncomfortable. They also were stingy with the towels saying that the laundry had not arrived so I never got more than one towel even though I was there for 7 night.
