Located in Ponta Delgada, the sunniest village on the north side of the island. Contemporary construction, equipped for 4 people, directly above the sea swimming pool!
The most outstanding feature of this house is the fantastic view from the double bedroom or the living room and the terrace. The house is relatively new, modern and very well built, with thermal insulation and double glazed windows. But also cozy due to the materials and furniture used. The ideal location to explore the north side of the island or the whole of Madeira. For nature lovers, hikers, adventurers, active vacationers and of course for surfers !!!!! The "Baia dos Juncos" surf spot is only a few minutes' drive away. But even if you are looking for peace, relaxation and rural idyll in authentic surroundings, you are in the right place!
The entire house is available to guests. Only the driveway and the parking lot on the property are shared. We only occasionally use the houses ourselves as holiday apartments. The house has a stove and therefore it is also suitable for stays outside the summer season, of course we get firewood for a small surcharge, at cost price. There is also an electric oil radiator that has never been used before ...
The washing machine is in the kitchen. We have a cot, stair barrier and a high chair free of charge, if you are coming with a small child, please let us know in advance. CASA MARE 2 has 2 floors, so the house is not recommended for the disabled.
Nowadays there are good roads on the island, the north side is therefore a good location for exploring the whole island. For active vacationers and those looking for relaxation, equally interesting for young and young-at-heart vacationers!
