Just 750 metres from Rainha beach and 800 metres from Cascais-Lisbon train station, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small building, surrounded by a garden. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are within 350 metres. The shopping area, with shops and restaurants with terraces, is only 700 metres from the apartment.
The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with great care. In a casual-chic style, it has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy a wonderful stay.

When you enter, a hall distributes the space. The living room is spacious and full of light, with comfortable sofas and an LCD TV with international channels. Next to a large window, you will find a dining table for four people.

The kitchen also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the sunroom, you will find a clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
The modern bathroom has a shower tray, two washbasins and a towel warmer.
