The villa is located on a plot of land of 5 thousand square meters, and faces south.
Its structure flawlessly fits into the unevenness of the terrain. Usage of large glazing in all of the rooms makes one feel in full harmony with the garden.
The entrance hall creates the perfect flow between the private and the social area of the house. On one side, there is a private hall, with direct light provided by a skylight-like rip on the wall at floor level, leading to both bedrooms and the en-suite. On the other side, we access the kitchen and the living area.
The 40-square-meter en-suite enhances the concept of harmony with nature. Thanks to its wide layout, it is possible to gather in the same space the closet, the lounge area and the private bathroom, the most secluded one of the whole house. Its intense luminosity comes from both the openings facing the outside garden and through bathroom overlooking the internal garden, where once again the architecture of the villa calls for relaxation.
The kitchen is large and is constructed around a T-shaped island. The experience of cooking while contemplating the garden is invigorating.
A few steps separate the entrance hall and the dining room and the office, organized in open and flowy space concept on the upper level. Tasting a meal overlooking the pool, or being able to work with views over the city of Santo Tirso, is a luxury that we can afford on a daily basis when living here.
The downwards stairs lead to the outdoor recreation area, the pool bathroom, and provide a direct access to the living room. There are eighty-five square meters of living area conviniently arranged around the fireplace. In this division, we can fully appreciate the wow effect provided by a double height ceiling.
The porch, fully covered with black slate, allows us to enjoy a leisure area overlooking the red pool and the garden. Unique… the unspeakable beauty possible to experience here!
