Our fifth already in the family for over four generations, represented over one hundred years of existence. Featuring more than 6 hectares of total area, is located near the center of Estorãos parish.

In this property there are several buildings that previously served as the home of the landlords, the home of the home and its annexes to support agricultural activities, including porch with floor, still, barn, mill and cuts for animals (now partly recovered for tourism).

This property can still find several ponds and a water mine with corredia water all year round, in addition to various types of plantations (pine, oak and various fruit trees).

Much of the property is land or forest or are intended for the cultivation of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants.
