Estoril is a fantastic holiday destination, which provides excellent fine sandy beaches, pleasant day trips and wonderful tourist facilities.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a house, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais. The street is very quiet but close to the busy area of commerce and local services. The apartment has parking and an outdoor space with furniture to enjoy a refreshing breakfast, sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings.
The apartment has a large living room with dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, magic wand, blender and toaster. There is also a seating area with LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI throughout the house.
The sofa bed can accommodate two extra guests up to 12 years old. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. One with king size bed 160x200 and the other with queen size bed 140x200. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The apartment has central heating and is very comfortable. You will feel welcome and happy and enjoy the Estoril Coast at its best.
Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.
