Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: 1. Hotel staff insisted for cash payment, do not accept payment by credit cards. If pay by credit card then need to pay 3% extra over the booking amount. 2. Credit card payment facility is not there in this building. You need to walk to their other hotel building which is 5 minutes walk to make the payment there by credit card by adding 3% above the booking amount. I feel and think it is not a suitable practice by the hotel. If they want to follow this practice need to tell to the customers at large in the beginninv itself when doing the hotel booking. It is so uncomfortable and surprising to customer who travel long distance to reach the hotel.

Negative: 1. Poor quality of beds, beds moving everytime and making lot of sound while sleeping. 2. No toiletries made available in room. 3. The corridor at 6th floor where we have the room has typical unhealthy smell as soon as one comes out of the elevator.
