This villa is located on a private property, completely fenced, located in a very quiet area, where you can hear the birds singing. The villa is new and elegant, and is surrounded by pine trees which offers plenty of privacy. Ideal place for those looking to rest. There is also a fantastic outdoor area with barbecue (charcoal barbecue) for barbecue, and views of the countryside, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon, with family or friends, enjoy a drink in the garden by the pool of this villa.
