Summary: As other reviewers have noted about the sunset, it is a great location for that. The facility has everything you expect from a budget resort but it’s clearly past its prime. The sun loungers are all stained and grubby. The pool bar is used to store an empty fridge. The staff are all polite but this is normal for all of Thailand. The rooms are adequate but in my case the shower rail holding the soap and shampoo slipped out of the wall with both plastic bottles smashing on the tiles. On checkout they had the cheek to try and charge me for this. Of course I didn’t pay but it shows the level of care they have for this aging property that they try and blame guests for its failing state. It’s a shame as it has so much potential if some money were put into it by a new owner.
