Description (single room description):
The summer house (110m2) is situated on the outskirts of Carvalhal, directly on the way to the beach (300m).
The terraces, go all around the house, with its versatile shady spots, you can read a book or just relax in the cozy sitting area, prepare the fresh fish in the Barbeque corner and enjoy the end of the day at the big dining table .
Through the front door you enter the living room with the original fireplace.
Next to it is the dining room which is connected by a door to the outside area. The dining table comfortably seats six people.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher. A refrigerator is in the kitchen, the other on the outside next to the terraces.
The house has 3 bedrooms where can comfortably sleep 7 people.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, also located in this room you have a small single bed for a child.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
The 3rd Bedroom has 3 single beds, one of them is a loft bed. This room is separated from the bath area by a curtain. From this room to door leads into the open.
There are 2 bathrooms, one bathroom which also serves as a guest bathroom, is equipped with a shower. The main bathroom with unique shower and tub, takes us to Morocco, in front of the bathroom is the dressing area.
For the chilly days, the house is heated. In one bedroom there is a wood stove, the living area is heated by the open fireplace.
The house is surrounded by terraces, with lot of shade where you can relax and watch the sunset.
There is a barbecue where you can grill fresh fish or juicy meat.
The outdoor shower it´s ideal for a quick shower to get the salt and sand out.
There´s also a small lounge with view to the endless rice fields, ideal for read a book or for a quick nap.
