With an eclectic mix of old and new, Fishy Fishy has a comfortable yet sophisticated feel. In addition to the living room, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath has a bonus room with a tv and sofa bed, a private balcony off of the master bedroom, and a gourmet kitchen range with a built in grill and griddle. The short version...
1st LEVEL: Kitchen with high-end 48” range, living area, half bath, king bedroom with bath, Bonus room with sofa bed (memory foam mattress) with sliding barn style doors can be used as 2nd TV room or 4th bedroom. Large oceanfront deck with 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 lifeguard-height Adirondack chairs, a outdoor dining table with seating for 4, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
2nd LEVEL: King bedroom with ensuite bath and private oceanfront balcony Queen bedroom with cot size window seat (memory foam mattress) that can double as a comfortable extra bed, Hall bathroom with tub/shower just outside queen bedroom, Laundry closet, see below for outdoor areas

The longer version....
In 2019, the previous owner installed new kitchen and bath cabinets, Carrara marble showers, all new plumbing and light fixtures and a whole house water filtration system.
All beds have wonderful mattresses, toppers, and linens. The kitchen has a large single bowl farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, and a high-end 48" double oven gas range with built in griddle and grill, a baker/broiler, and a Cuisinart pod style coffee maker. In Feb. 2025 we added a Cuisinart coffee maker, a whole bean coffee grinder, an electric water kettle, and several new cooking pans.
The main living area is on the first floor. The living room and dining room are on the beach side of the home. The living room has a large sectional, two swivel glider chairs, and a 65” smart TV. A large desk with chair sits behind the sectional.
The kitchen/dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs and two benches and can seat between 6-8. There are two additional seats at the bar.
Entering the home at the "front door" street side, the first floor king bedroom and bath is to the left, with a smaller bonus room to the right. The bonus room has a large smart TV and queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. This can either be used as a 4th bedroom or 2nd TV room/playroom, and has barn style sliding doors.
Upstairs is a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer, a queen bedroom with a built-in window seat with a twin cot-sized memory foam mattress serving as the ‘cushion’ that can be used as an additional bed. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo just outside of the queen bedroom.
The master King bedroom is ocean side with a small private balcony with two chairs overlooking the ocean. The master bath is within the master suite and has a walk in shower, vanity and toilet.

Outdoors...
The ground level has a large, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill. There is an additional sitting area close to the beach with 4 adirondack chairs, and an all-weather cornhole game. There's a nice breeze under the house most days, so it's a great spot!
We have a paddleboard, 4 boogie boards, 4 low-sitting beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys, and a large cooler in the shed for our guests to use. We also have both tennis and pickleball equipment for 4 people.
Fishy Fishy has sweeping views of the ocean in both directions. The home is a short walk or bike ride to the clubhouse, where you will have access to a fitness center, swimming pool, and a tennis court. A fantastic family pool, located in the Plantation's 'Resort Village', is approximately 2 miles away, but well worth the extra distance. Additional tennis & pickleball courts are tucked away in a gorgeous spot near the entrance, and miles of bike paths and nature trails are located throughout the Plantation. The gated entrance has 24-hour security, and a private airstrip is just two miles away.
