Summary: I stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned twice. However, the cleaning mainly consisted of making the bed and replacing towels. On my first night, I had takeout pizza, and the box with leftovers remained on the table for my entire stay. I’m not sure why it wasn’t simply removed. The wristband system for the pool and swimming area felt a bit unnecessary—more convenient access for hotel guests would have been preferable. That said, the pool itself was nice, and the bar was a great addition. Overall, the customer service felt rather formal and lacked a personal touch. For example, I was scolded for not wearing a shirt in the lobby after leaving the pool, and takeout food could only be eaten in the room. While I understand these are standard rules, a more flexible approach that considers the environment would have been appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very good overall All in all, 7/10
