This amazing oasis boosts a house with 1102m2, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. Conveniently located 15 minutes away from everything you will want to see and experience the house is central to various attractions, historic sights, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features comfortable sofas and a wide-screen TV to watch your favorite shows while taking a break from the adventures and sightseeing. The open-concept area features a dining room table for eight people and oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight making it even more inviting. Step outside to the garden area with outdoor furniture and a traditional Portuguese BBQ this property is fully fenced in with traditional stone walls making it safe and fun for the whole family to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. A washing machine is also available.
The first bedroom is a sun-drenched ensuite with a queen bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed making it ideal for families.
The upstairs loft includes a bright and sunny family room with a pullout sofa, its own bathroom, and plenty of open space for holiday activities including a billiard table and two more balconies.
All bathrooms are equipped with amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned.

The location of this property is a perfect spot for exploring the city. Nearby attractions include the National Palace of Pena, Sintra National Palace, and Castelo dos Mouros. There's O Trilho, Sushi Fashion, and O Teimoso for dining options. The famous gincho beach is just 25 minutes away by car.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
