The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The 3 bedrooms contain comfy double beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The house is just outside the village of São João das Lampas. This is a beautiful, small, sleepy village with basic amenities such as a SPAR supermarket, pastelaria, café, petrol station and pharmacy. These can be reached easiest by car, walking there is possible, but will take about 15 minutes. A large Lidl is situated in Terrugem, a 7 minute drive away. Guests should be aware that the house is fairly secluded and it is recommended that they hire a car in order to reach amenities and tourist sites. There are some excellent hiking trails around the area and it is also on a popular cycling route.
It is recommended that guests hire a car. However, it is also possible to reach the house by public transport from Lisbon or Sintra. The nearest train station is Portela de Sintra (approx 15 minute drive away). There is also a bus stop 1 minute walk from the house, on route 443 which runs between Portela de Sintra and Assafora Largo. The bus from the house to Portela de Sintra takes about 45 minutes and has several stops along the way.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
