Positive: After spending a week in Patong it was a great change of pace. Loved the sauna, steam and hot cold baths and the massive infinity pool. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant gorgeous. We had an executive studio perfect for a family of four to spread out with kitchenette and living area. For the square footage of the room the price was excellent. Cave spa - Nicole was incredible therapist fixed my long term lower back pain. Loved the yoga and even though travelling with my family able to enjoy some of the wellness retreat experience. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Chillva Market, Central Phuket shopping Center and old town.

Negative: Some may find it difficult as you need to transport everywhere. As it’s off a major bypass road it would be unsafe to attempt crossing the multi lane highway to reach the restaurant over the road. Not much nearby. Even though there is a lift to a few levels lots of walking stairs could be difficult for some.
