Summary: well what can i say 1 person of staff was fantastic but the rest. i had money sitting in my suitcase under clothes in a wallet but guess what the money was removed from the wallet couldnt prove it was there, So a big loss of $800 australian was a big loss to us. so in future lock suticases when not in room at any place not happy at all
