Summary: Not 5 star hotel. We paid for the night prior to be guaranteed room upon checking in at 3:30 am, and for higher category room corner king and was severely disappointed. No bell boy to help with luggage. The 50 sqm announced does not feel right. Room size feel cramped, especially the closet area. The 50€ supplement for the rollaway bed turned out to be of low quality and bed was not even made. Upon inspecting the cheaper category room, bigger closet and bath area feels bigger. The corner view is really not worth it. Our bathroom had moldy looking tub. Pool seems murky and uninviting.
