Positive: Everything: the efficient professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, without exception: at the reception desk, in the restaurant, at the doors, in the exercise room; the pleasantness of the spaces -- roomy, airy, not crowded. The rooms -- everything we needed, our request for a higher floor in the main building with a view of the mountains was fulfilled. Everything works well, very efficiently, and with a pleasant, unpressured, unpretentious atmosphere. The broad selection of food at breakfast was excellent, and the dinners we had (2) were very good too.

Negative: Can't think of anything.

Summary: We'll definitely come back to this hotel when we return to Chiang Mai, and bring our family too.
