Summary: We spent 10 days at this property. Group of 6 adults, occupying 4 of the bedrooms. The house is very charming and full of antiques. There was plenty of room for us and we were able to spread out and find little nooks for quiet time. On the ground floor - The master bedroom has a full/queen bed, crib and a side room with a single bed. The very large bathroom has been renovated and is quite lovely. Great walk-in shower and heated towel rack. (Wish it had been closer to the shower) But all great nonetheless. Small hallway off the foyer leads to the master BR and another bedroom with bathroom across the hall. Across the foyer, there is another ensuite bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 large salons, the kitchen, another bedroom and bath. There is a 3rd floor with additional beds, which we did not use. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, could use some bowls, but had everything we needed to prepare meals at home on occasion. The grill is on a patio just off the kitchen on the 2nd floor. The house has lovely hardwoods and tons of character with inlaid tiles, very long communal dining room table and little sitting areas peppered around the house. We found it to be a great base with nearby grocery stores, the Mandim metro stop very close and would happily choose the property again if we return to this area. Marie is an extremely courteous host and was always available should we need anything. We all loved it!
