The space
This spacious home boasts 2,500 square-feet of luxurious open living. High end finishes such as granite counters, and tile flooring throughout. 10 miles to the nearby white sand beaches and just a few minutes from SRQ airport!

Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker with both single serve and full pot options (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill is provided with propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store.
