New for 2022, 43" inch smart TV with over 200 satellite channels, including French, Spanish, German, American and BBC news channels. This modern contemporary furnished apartment benefits from being on the 2nd (top floor), which we feel is the best position and enjoys a commanding view of the area, and just a few steps below the communal roof terrace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 2x bedside cabinets, built in sliding wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and lamp and floor to ceiling window and door which opens out onto the large balcony. The living room has floor to ceiling windows and doors, so keeps the apartment light and airy and opens out onto the large 13.30 sq m west-facing balcony with built-in brick BBQ, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun, watch the sunset and enjoy the BBQ dining.
