The apartment is brand new with 35 sq.m2, separated between bed room and kitchen. We have balcony with table and 2chairs. The room is located in south direction with street view, not the sea view but you can walk to the beach within 5 mins.
Apartment is located in main road but yet very safe with Security Guard 24 hrs and private entry with only access key card can enter the building, fitness, elevator and the apartment.
Free WIFI in community area ( fitness, guest lounge, swimming pool and base floor)and high speed WIFI is also available in room. TV is Samsung smart TV 55” which is connected wirelessly to network.
I use high quality of linen bed and duvet 600 threading equivalent to 5stars hotel. Spare bedsheet, pillow sheet and duvet cover is available for monthly stay with free of charge.
Kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster and all kitchenware( 2 pots, 2 pans).
