Public transportation can be easily secured right in front of the complex.
Guests are required to provide a copy of a government issued ID which will be returned to you when you check out and pay a $25 resort fee + $2.00/person bracelet fee for parking and use of the amenities at the gate upon check-in (CASH ONLY). Please note that this complex does not allow guests to have visitors, so if you are going to have any they need to be registered as additional guests for the duration of the stay.
A lockbox ensures easy access to the condo upon check-in and I will be available by phone or text from 8AM-8PM to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay.
Your booking includes covered parking for one vehicle. There is also street parking right outside the entrance for a second vehicle. HOA rules and regulations are to be complied with by all residences and guests of La Jolla Excellence.
Please note: La Jolla Excellence is in the process of expanding, and additional towers are being constructed.
