The villa overlooks the 2nd fairway on the 18-hole Gramacho Golf course, and the Club House and its restaurant is only a short walk from the villa. The villa has ample space for two, possibly three, families sharing a holiday and it offers all modern facilities. It has a prime position overlooking the golf course but yet being private and secluded from any neighboring villas.
The villa has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, on the ground floor sharing a large bathroom. The bedrooms have patio doors to the gardens/pool area. Further two double bedrooms en-suite are on the first floor with an access to the roof terrace with lovely views. The fifth bedroom, also with en-suite, is on the basement level with an access to the gardens/pool area.
Outside there is plenty of seating area: two sofas plus a table and chairs for outside dining. Sun beds are provided. Carvoeiro town centre is 5min drive and has a lot to offer: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, golf, tennis and other outdoor activities and sports - all without high-risers or big apartment blocks.
