This modern 3-bedroom, ground-floor, apartment is situated on the Pestana Vale da Pinta Golf Resort, close to Carvoeiro, with an array of activities available including golf, water sports, beautiful beaches, sightseeing, hiking/nature trails, scuba diving, cycling and much more.
The onsite facilities include a swimming pool, two 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, spa/beauty salon, tennis courts, children's play area and two club houses with bars/restaurants.
The professionally-cleaned apartment comprises of an open-plan living/dining area which opens onto an outside patio with views onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine with the charcoal barbecue situated off the kitchen outside on the terrace. With three bedrooms the property sleeps six in total and has an area of 142.10m².
The property has air conditioning throughout together with free Wi-Fi and multi-language television channels.
The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more.
