Positive: The location of the hotel and the pool area are both excellent, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the facilities provided for guests who have late check-outs need significant improvement.

Negative: If you book any package tour, it becomes difficult to check out on time. As a result, we had to check out early in the morning and leave our baggage near the reception before going on our day tour. When we returned, there was no clean common room available for taking a shower or freshening up. Most of the urinals near the reception area were also clogged, which was very disappointing. The shower area near the restaurant was also in terrible condition, and we even found a centipede inside. This was very unhygienic and made us uncomfortable. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could provide better and cleaner facilities for guests who have already checked out but still need a proper washroom and shower before their departure. Improving these areas would make the overall experience much more pleasant.
