La Casa Verde provides a spacious, open floor plan with multiple areas for your family and friends to gather, all within sight of the pool and canal through a wall of glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
With four cozy bedrooms guests find plenty of room to relax. The hallway off the kitchen leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The first floor bathroom is barrier free with a large, walk-in shower and comfort height commode, both with grab bars for the mobility challenged. The vanity has twin sinks and there is a deep, soaking bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Upstairs the primary bedroom features a king bed and the loft bedroom has 3 twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have doors to the bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, twin basin vanity, and private commode. In an upstairs closet you'll find a Pack 'N Play for infants and a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs if needed.
Families enjoy the canal front location by renting kayaks and paddle boards to explore the calm water and easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway from our dock. Or enjoy passing the time waving at the occasional boat and watching for manatees and jumping fish.
