Positive: Apartment was great and we really enjoyed staying there as 3 friends, it is very well equipped to cook in the kitchen and the 3 balconies are wonderful as most viewed the sea. It has decent sized rooms downstairs, the upstairs bedroom suite would not be suitable for anyone over 5' 5" unless you wish to hit your head a lot, which one of our party did!

Negative: Have to be honest here the management agent bombarded us with emails and messages before arriving which got very annoying - especially when they insisted we provide ALL personal data on a website BEFORE we arrived for the government registration - absolutely no flexibility offered when I could not reach one of the party until the last minute - infact they just said it was my problem to deal with and if not provided they may cancel the booking - really not helpful! this was only topped by the fact that on arrival we discovered the lift had been broken for over a year and apartment was on the 6th floor! (this despite the sheer number of emails before arrival which were 'necessary to help us' they made no mention of important fact!) we ended up having to carry over 100 kilos of dive equipment up the stairs - only to then find out from them afterwards that there was another lift on the other side of the stairs that we could use! Seriously I could not believe they failed to tell us this. there were a number of maintenance issues we discovered during our weeks stay which will hopefully be addressed - nothing major but all needed a bit of attention.

Summary: Great Apartment but management could be better.
